Small knife, big steel
The WM1 is the smallest of the classic Fällkniven hunting knives. Short blade, slim handle, and a weight so low that you hardly notice it on your belt. Even in a smaller hand, the knife stays fully under control.
What you cannot tell from looking at it is the steel. Fällkniven laminates: a hard core between two softer outer layers. The core keeps the edge sharp for a long time, the outer layers absorb shocks so the blade does not chip. For a knife that goes with you into the woods, that is exactly right. There is also a version with a more corrosion-resistant core steel, for the coast or wet conditions.
The handle is made of Thermorun, which keeps its grip with wet or dirty hands and does not feel cold in winter. Depending on the model, you choose a zytel or leather sheath, and both are available separately.
