With the **Lansky C-Clip sharpening system set** you will have everything you need to make sure your knives stay razor-sharp. The set is comprised of three amazing products from the Lansky range:

  * C-Clip knife sharpener with 10 cm long sharpening rods and a diameter of 5 mm.
  * 'Mini' pull-through sharpener with 5 cm long sharpening rods and a dm of 3 mm.
  * Eraser

The compact size of the products makes it the perfect set for 'on-the-go'. The C-clip sharpener won't take up much room in your bag, and you can even use the Mini as a keychain! The set is perfect for camping, but also great to keep close when, for instance, you go fishing. The ceramic rods of both systems are enhanced with a fine grain (1000). 

## The C-Clip sharpening system.

The C-Clip sharpening system is very compact. As such you can easily take it with you in your bag, or put it in the glove compartment of your car to make sure you can always keep it close. As such you will always have sharp knives when you need them during your camping, bushcraft or fishing adventures. 

Using the C-Clip knife sharpener is simple:

  * Place the sharpener on a solid, flat surface.
  * Make sure the sharpening rods are properly in place. They are automatically placed at a 20° angle.
  * Hold the system with one hand. Keep your hands away from the rods and the knife to prevent accidents.
  * Place the heel of your knife against the top of the sharpening steel and move the knife straight down. Alternate the movement per rod
  * Continue until your knife is sharp enough

## Mini pull-through sharpener

With the Mini pull-through sharpener you will never be without sharpener again. This pull-through sharpener is so small it will easily fit inside your pocket. It even contains a keychain to make sure you can hang it from your bunch of keys! Even with its compact size this pull-through sharpener will make sure your knives will become razor-sharp. The sharpening rods are secured at a 22.5-degree angle. The sharpener has two openings to sharpen large and small knives. You can also remove the rods to clean them, or to sharpen objects with a sharp tip (like fish hooks). To do so you simply place the rods in the grooves of the sharpener.

Using this Mini pull-through sharpener is a piece of cake:

  * Place the sharpener on a stable, flat surface.
  * Hold the base with your finger. Keep your hand away from the knife
  * Place the heel of the knife in the sharpener
  * Pull the knife towards the tip in a straight movement
  * Repeat this movement until the knife is sharp

## Eraser

The ceramic rods will become dirty because of the steel that is released as you sharpen your knives. As such the rods won't work as well. Not a problem at all, because you can easily clean the rods with the eraser. You simply erase the black layer of the rod and it will work perfectly once again. You won't damage the rods by using the eraser.

You can do much more with this Lansky eraser! You can also use it to remove stains on metal and ceramics. Stains on the blade of your knife? Use the eraser! For persistent stains it helps to add water.

Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
