The Miyabi 6000MCT knives are the perfect symbiosis of ultimate functionality and unique aesthetics. The blade is made of ice-hardened Micro-Carbide Cryodur steel, folded between two layers of other steel. This steel is hand-hammered (Tsuchime), which gives the blade a gorgeous traditional look. The small dents on the blade make sure food does not stick to it. The 63HRC steel makes it a very hard blade. The blade is Honbazuke-sharpened and combined with the high hardness guarantees ultimate sharpness. The stabilised cocobolo-wood handle is ergonomically shaped and the mosaic pin completes this beautiful knife.   
  


The knives are made in Seki, Japan, where Zwilling J.A. Henckels combines German quality with Japanese craftmanship.

Na lang twijfelen heb ik eindelijk de Miyabi MCT Gyutoh 20 cm gekocht, en ik kan eerlijk zeggen: dit mes overtreft elke verwachting. Vanaf het moment dat je het uit de doos haalt, voel je dat dit geen gewoon keukenmes is, maar een stuk vakmanschap dat je meteen respect afdwingt.

Snijervaring
De scherpte is ronduit indrukwekkend. Het SG2/MC63-staal snijdt moeiteloos door alles wat ik er tot nu toe mee getest heb — van zachte tomaten tot harde knolselder. Waar andere messen beginnen te wringen of te scheuren, glijdt de Miyabi er gewoon doorheen. Je voelt dat de snede extreem dun en precies is.

Sehr schönes Messer, leicht und liegt gut in der Hand. Sehr scharf. Wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Bin zufrieden und werde mir definitiv noch ein weiteres Messer bestellen.

Gister besteld en vandaag al in huis, erg fijn dat het zo snel geleverd kan worden.
De Miyabi 6000MCT is in het echt nog mooier dan op de foto’s. En niet geheel onbelangrijk, hij snijdt werkelijk fantastisch.




Dit mes voldoet of beter overtreft men verwachting voor deze prijs snijd voortreffelijk maakt het mogelijk filter dun te snijden enkel opletten voor de vingers (goede and positie nemen) zijn goed gebalanceerd zwaartepunt net vooraan de greep. goed verpakt en snel geleverd
