The **Mcusta MC-0185D Sengoku Uesugi Kenshin** is a remarkable Japanese pocket knife, with stunning details. The blade is comprised of a core of VG10 steel, encased in nickel Damascus steel. As you'd expect from Japanese manufacturers, the edge is razor-sharp. The handle is especially beautiful. The black micarta is 3D milled for a nice-looking grip, and this is functional too, offering better traction.


The laser engraving on both sides of the handle is unique - two swallows on the left side with the name Uesugi Kenshin in Japanese characters. Gunshin is engraved on the right side. This means god of war, or war hero. Uesugi Kenshin was a powerful samurai warlord in Japan in the 16th century. The two swallows are Uesugi Kenshin's kamon, or emblem/coat of arms. This warlord was one of the three warlords who united feudal Japan.


The Mcusta Uesugi Kenshin comes with a belt sheath made of nylon and brown leather.
