The **Laguiole en Aubrac Camembert Juniper** is a stylish and sturdy French pocket knife. The pocket knife may come in a beautiful and authentic Camembert box, but it isn't a cheese knife! It is a versatile pocket knife that you can carry with you every day and use it for all your day-to-day cutting tasks.

## Hand-sharpened blade

It may not be a cheese knife, but its blade does cut like a hot knife through Camembert. This is due to the razor-sharp, hand-sharpened blade, which is made from stainless Sandvik 12C27 steel. This is a strong, popular steel that is easy to sharpen. The convex edge is great for spreading butter or spreads on your baguette. 

## Juniper wood handle

The handle is made from juniper wood. This is a very strong, beautiful wood with a spicy scent. The handle is simple but effective in design. Because the top of the handle slopes slightly downwards and is thicker at the back, it is very comfortable to hold.
