With a Work Sharp system, you can sharpen pretty much anything.

With the **WorkSharp Guided Field Sharpener**, you’ll have everything you need to sharpen your knife while out and about. Instead of carrying a single sharpening stone or sharpening steel to save space and weight, WorkSharp has designed a sharpening tool that’s smaller than many sharpening stones yet offers five sharpening stages and even helps you find the right sharpening angle.  

### Instructions

The first sharpening stage is a coarse diamond plate. If the edge of your blade needs restoring, start sharpening on the coarse diamond surface. Repeat this process until there are no chips or irregularities left on the blade's edge. Avoid applying too much pressure when sharpening on a diamond stone, as excessive force can dislodge the diamonds. Let the diamonds do the work for you.  

The second stage is the fine diamond plate. Sharpen one side of the edge until you feel a burr on the opposite side, then switch to the other side. At this point, your knife will already be sharp, but to achieve optimal sharpness, continue on the rotating ceramic honing rod on the side of the sharpener. This rod has both medium and fine surfaces to finish the sharpening process. If you crave the absolute sharpest results, use the leather strop for the final polishing. The strop is also perfect for maintaining the sharpness of your knife.  

Does your knife have a serrated edge? Don't worry! The Guided Field Sharpener is compatible with serrated blades. For small serrations that are too small for the larger ceramic sharpening rod, there’s a small, thin sharpening rod included, ideal for those delicate serrations. The Guided Field Sharpener is comfortable to hold between your thumb and forefinger, with a handle that’s shaped just right. On the side of the sharpening stones is a guide for a 20-degree angle, which is perfect for most knives. It’s also worth mentioning that the rotating ceramic rod features a special section designed specifically for sharpening fishhooks.  

The diamond plates are held in place on the Guided Field Sharpener with magnets. When removed, they reveal a small storage compartment with spaces to secure arrowheads. This versatile sharpening tool truly earns its nickname as the 'Swiss Army Knife for your knife.'

Bringe jedes meiner taschenmesser auf eine sehr gute Schärfe. Auch zwischendurch einfach mal mit dem Leder abziehen wirkt Wunder. Für zwischendurch perfekt.

Bonjour, au purée , franchement  j'adore,  j'ai vraiment quasiment rien a redire sur ce produit. Maniable, léger, vraiment pratique qui peut vous accompagner partout, grand choix d'aiguisage et d'affûtage, un très bon rapport qualité-prix, honnêtement je ne serai pas lui trouver de défaut,  allez peut être que si,  faire attention a ses doigts quand on s'en sert mais comme a chaque fois qu'on aiguise ou affûte une lame ou un outil. Je recommande fortement pour tout ce qui recherche un aiguiseur passe partout est pas excessif en terme de prix et complet.

Je recommande, pour un affûtage parfait, sur tout type de couteaux, pratique et facile d’utilisation 

Très bon affûteur en un rien de temps on redonne un tranchant et en plus transportable
