This knife is an excellent tool to keep about the house and take on holiday. It has blades for getting into almost any package, bottle or can, some with ends that act as screwdrivers, and a very useful metal file, wood saw and scissors. The tin opener is far quicker and easier to use than any dedicated tool I've tried. It's a little fat and heavy for carrying about one's person all the time, and the odd things hanging out the back rarely see the light of day (apart from the corkscrew). I keep it within easy reach in the kitchen and would be a little lost without it.
