The **Fällkniven PXLx** is a further developed version of the famous Fällkniven PXL. This PXLx is enhanced with a handle made from Grilon and a blade made from laminated CoS steel. Like its predecessor the PXLx is enhanced with a large handle. It looks quite angular. One in hand, however, you notice that it is carefully thought out. The way the top and bottom approach each other towards the end of the handle is ergonomically sound. In addition, the Grilon plastic with herringbone pattern offers a lot of grip.



The blade is made from laminated CoS steel.
A cobalt type of steel that is popular amongst enthusiasts. Stainless and easy to sharpen. It also retains its sharpness well and won't easily break. Perfectly balanced and amazing to use.




You can easily open the pocket knife with the double thumb studs. When opened the liner lock will keep the blade in place. The solid pocket clip ensures you won't lose the pockt knife. Its predecessor was also called the *Work Horse*. We feel the PXLx also deserves this title.

This knife is not fancy. It is a well made, heavy duty work knife. It locks strongly and opens easily. It needed some oil out-of-the-box to get the detente ball to move smoothly. (As did the other Fälkniven knives I own) After that, it has operated without anything to complain about. Just love that click as it locks!

Coltello eccezionale, meccanica perfetta, affilato oltre ogni immaginazione, guancette con un attrito esagerato, leggero.
Insomma, ad oggi, non sono riuscito a trovargli un solo difetto.
Un piccolo difetto nel fodero: è piuttosto piccolo, voglio dire: sufficiente
ma ci entra con sforzo. 3mm di più non guastavano.
