Combination diamond/ceramic whetstone which contains a fine diamond stone (25 micron) and a ceramic stone made of synthetic sapphires. These materials will still keep their flat shape and they are able to sharpen extremely hard powder steels. These stones don’t need lubrication, but now and then cleaning with warm water and liquid soap. The stones might feel coarse from the start but will become smoother after some use. A leather pouch is included.

Per ongeluk verkeerd besteld, Ik wou de DC4 in plaats van de DC3 maar ben zo aangenaam verrast dat ik het slijpsteentje gehouden heb. Voor kleine (zak)mesjes en EDC gebruik en op het  terrein is deze slijpsteen ideaal. Botte mesjes zijn in een mum van tijd terug scherp.  

Perfektes Produkt für EDC Zwecke. Sehr gute Qualität und Verarbeitung der Hülle mit integrierten Abziehleder sehr durchdacht gelöst. Immer in meiner TT Tac Pouch 1= Mein EDC Pouch. Beste Schleiflösung für alle Fälle egal wann und wo.

Fijn slijpsteentje. Ik gebruik deze voornamelijk om mijn Olfa A-5  9mm afbreekmesje vlijmscherp te houden. Meestal breken mensen de punt van afbreekmessen af om de volgende scherpe sectie te gebruiken. Maar je kan zelfs een 9mm mesje veel langer mee laten gaan, als je die bijhoudt door af en toe een paar halen over de keramiek kant van de DC3 te halen. Diamant zijde als het heel bot is, daarna de keramiek zijde. Dan even over het leer van het hoesje of een stuk karton en het is weer een scheermes. Ik gebruik 9mm veel op het werk om dozen 'klein te maken'. En dit steentje past prima in de broekzak, dus ene kant 9mm mes, andere kant DC3, en je kan oneindig veel karton aan gort snijden.
