This kydex sheath for the ESEE Model 4 is an excellent fitting sheath. The top screws can be mounted in two different holes. This changes the tension with which the knife is being held. In this way the sheath can be adjusted to suit you. This sheath can be mounted on a Tek-Lok belt clip or other accessories.  
   


At the bottom of the sheath is an opening to drain water. This is important for Model 4, because the carbon steel is susceptible to corrosion.

Not as good as the standard model 4 sheath, in my opinion, but I don't have much else to compare it to.
I prefer the standard sheath, it feels better, the level of force needed to click the knife in/out of the sheath feels more reassuring. I also prefer the look of the standard sheath.
I think if you've always used Kydex, it's what you're used to, and you prefer the look, then it'll be every bit as good as the standard one, it just doesn't suit me and my uses.
