We measure the sharpening angle ourselves. This value is the angle per side.  So 20º means that the total angle of the edge is 40º. Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us. Some sharpening stones need to be submerged, others only need a splash of water and some need no water at all! For the best results, check in advance what is best for your sharpening stone.

Use with water

The grain size we give to a sharpening stone. We test all sharpening stones ourselves and add an appropriate grain size on the basis of this test. From extra coarse to ultra fine.
