The **Viper Fiorentina steak knife set olive wood** contains two stunning steak knives that will complement any dinner table. The graceful shape of the knives makes them look luxurious and offer enough grip. The top-quality materials used and the finish ensure that these knives are amazing to use.


### The Handle


 The scales are made from stabilized olive wood. This type of wood is light in terms of colour and weighs next to nothing. The scales are secured to the knife with three stainless steel pins. Olive wood has a wonderful pattern, but not one single piece of olive wood is the same. Keep in mind that the pattern on every knife will therefore also be different.


### The blade


 The blade is made from 440a stainless steel and has a hardness of 57 HRC. This type of steel retains its sharpness well, but is also easy to sharpen. The full-tang construction provides you with a good balance and enough solidity. These steak knives are not enhanced with serrations to make sure they cut through meat without tearing it. As such the meat stays juicier and will be more flavourful! The graceful cut-outs at the top of the blade complete the whole. These grooves are not only graceful. They also ensure your thumb has more grip as you use the knife.


## Viper Costata


The Viper Costata is named after Costata Di Manzo, the Italian word for entrecôte. These excellent steaks, of course, also ask for excellent steak knives. These Fiorentina steak knives are the answer!
