This **Fontenille Pataud steak knife set** is comprised of two Laguiole table knives with a handle made from ebony wood. This is a tropical, very dark type of wood that radiates luxury and decency.


The blades are made from French Z40C13 steel, that is forged by hand under high temperatures. It is a fixed blade that retains its sharpness well and is easy to sharpen.


You, of course, don't store this kind of set in your kitchen drawer. That is why they are delivered in a stunning, lacquered wooden box.
