With this **Victorinox Swiss Modern bread knife** with light green handle you can easily cut through any type of bread. Hard crust, soft crust or soft buns: a piece of cake for this amazing knife. The design of the handle is remarkably sleek. The handle is made from polypropylene. This is a sustainable plastic that is easy to clean and can handle its own. Despite the fact that the knives are enhanced with a stainless blade and sustainable plastic handle, we do not recommend cleaning them in the dishwasher. The blade can come into contact with other metal objects in the dishwasher and be damaged as a result. Wash them by hand and you will enjoy them for a really long time!
