The **TOPS Sheep Creek** is a sturdy, reliable knife. It was designed by Dylan Waters. The knife has been named after the designer's favourite place. He spent many summers here as a child and designed the Sheep Creek as a tribute. It has a wharncliffe shape, making it an awfully good slicer. There's a sizable notch on top of the blade, which looks really cool and offers room for the thumb or index finger for more control in precise cutting tasks!

The blade is made from 154CM steel. A great type of American steel that retains its sharpness well, is stainless and also easy to sharpen. The steel features a new coating that Tops calls 'Rough Terrain'. This coating is slightly different on every knife, which is why the knife differs slightly from the one in the picture. As such, each knife is unique!

The handle is made from micarta with ridges for optimal grip. The knife comes with a solid kydex sheath. You can easily attach this sheath to your belt with the press studs.

Stevig mes voor zwaar gebruik, de micarta scales zijn grof en met een goede grip maar niet storend.
En de kydexschede zit als gegoten rond het mes, kan het met 1 hand het mes er uit halen.

I usually go with drop points , but I am very happy about this purchase. 

The blade is great, sharp , plenty of beef behind the edge, and just an overall great do it almost all kinda blade. I have batoned with it, carved  sticks.
