The **Tojiro Classic DP3 carving knife 21 cm** is a stylish Japanese kitchen knife designed to cut meat. For example, for cutting loose a chicken leg, piece of duck or spare rib. But you can also use it to remove tendons and fat.

## Tojiro DP3 blade

The blade is made from high-quality Japanese VG10 steel, laminated between two layers of 13-Chrome stainless steel. This leaves you with a unique combination of hardness and a much higher corrosion-resistance than carbon steel.

## Tojiro DP3 handle

The handle is made from a material called ECO. It consists of multiple layers of moisture-resistant and durable plastic. The handle is secured with three rivets.
