The **Streamlight Survivor** is intrinsically safe, lightweight and made for use in dangerous locations. Characterizing about the so-called right angle light is the head that is placed at an angle from the casing of the light. As such you end up with a narrow light that shines forward. Thanks to the spring-loaded clip on the back of the light you can easily attach the light tor your jacket, overalls or backpack strap.

## Streamlight Survivor Smoke Cutter® lens 

The light has a sleek and far-reaching beam thanks to a special Smoke Cutter® lens which shines far through thick smoke. The light comes with two plugs you can easily attach to the lens yourself. The black plug reduces diffused light and maximizes the sleek beam for even better visibility in smoke-filled spaces. The yellow plug turns the diffused light yellow for a less bright light. This reduces eye fatigue with long-term use.

## Streamlight Survivor ATEX zone 0 certification

The light has an ATEX zone 0 certification This means that you can safely carry and use the head torch at locations where there is a high risk of gas or dust explosions. As such the head torch is great for use by firefighters during a gas leak or for use on an oil refinery. Of course the head torch is also great for private use. The casing is made from almost indestructible, extremely sustainable and anti-static nylon polymer. The large head is easy to control, even while wearing gloves. The lens is made from strong polycarbonate with a scratch-resistant coating. The light is shock-proof and can handle temperatures up to 260 °C.

## How to use the Streamlight Survivor

The light has one button at the top of the light. Press it once and the light will start in the brighest mode. Press the button once and hold it for a second to switch to the lowest mode. Hold the button for two seconds and the light will start to flash. Hold the button 8 seconds to activate the Moonlight Mode. In this lowest mode a full battery will last 20 days. Great during survival situations! This Streamlight works with four AA batteries. Batteries are included.
