The **Ruike P881** is an affordable top-quality karambit pocket knife. You quickly open it with the flipper to make sure you can quickly get to work. Originally, karambit knives come from the Philippines. That is where they were often used in agriculture. This modern interpretation is very versatile. From EDC to tactical purposes.



The blade is made from 14C28N steel. A stainless type of steel that retains its sharpness well, but is also easy to sharpen. Perfect for daily use. The handle is made from G10. Nice and strong and maintenance-free.



As you might expect from a karambit you primarily use the 'reverse grip' for this pocket knife. With your index finger through the ring, and the blade that sticks out underneath your fist. Perhaps not incredibly practical, that is why Ruike made sure the 'normal' grip is also perfect to use. Even with a large finger groove behind the edge, to have more control over the knife for the more delicate tasks.

Karambit messen vallen altijd onder de  noemer “tactisch”
Nou iedere vorm van dat soort tact is mij vreemd. Verder is dit mes wat mij betreft veel te mooi om mee te gaan vechten. 
Ik beschouw dit gewoon als een stevig EDC mes dat je voor van alles kan gebruiken zelfs voor lichte bushcraft taken. Mijn eerste idee was eigenlijk ideaal voor een kampeertochtje.

Die ring is niet alleen een leuk accentje maar is ook bruikbaar als handgreepverlenging mocht je wat te hakken hebben.

Uiteraard is alles van de bekende Ruike kwaliteit. Niets op aan te merken. Dus bruikbaar, kwaliteit en een hoge coolfactor. 

Blij mee

Degelijk en snel mes. Dit is meer een gewoon zakmes dan echt een karambit, want het bovenste deel van het mes snijdt niet. Overal prima mes.

Navaja con un diseño espectacular y unos acabados muy buenos muy recomendable para coleccionar. Pese a ser un cuchillo de tipo karambit se puede empuñar de forma normal sin problemas aunque la agresiva forma de su hoja y el dimensionado del anillo para el indice no la hacen indicada para un uso práctico diario. Como he dicho una bonita y económica pieza para una colección.
