The **Laguiole en Aubrac Capucin Pistachio** is a small French pocket knife with a classic design and lots of character. The knife has a stylish pistachio wood handle. This pocket knife is handcrafted to guarantee a refined finish.

## Laguiole en Aubrac Capucin: stainless steel blade

The blade is made from stainless 12C27 Sandvik steel. This is a steel with a relatively high carbon content, making the knife hard as well as razor-sharp. Nevertheless, it isn't a steel that is prone to rust or ugly spots. It's also easy to sharpen if the knife starts to lose some of its sharpness over time.

## Laguiole en Aubrac Pistachio
