The leather was very stiff until I bent it up a bit. There is an issue with the 'join' between the back and side walls of the pouch. In manufacture the leather is cut, leaving only the outer skin intact - to achieve the 90degree fold. This is a weak spot which will fail over time.

Strictly speaking I didn't this as the multi-tool came with a nylon pouch. However, it was bought for a present so it adds a touch of class.
