These **Flytanium Civivi Elementum Scales** are great aftermarket accessories for the Civivi Elementum. They are well-fitting scales made by the experts at Flytanium. The great thing about these scales is that Flytanium didn't simply stick to the outer edge of the old scales, and just left it at that. No: the scales are enhanced with facets to make sure they feel comfortable in hand. Even the tab in the cut out for the pivot, which prevents the female side of the pivot from turning, is present.

These scales are made from titanium. It has been enhanced with a stonewashed finish. This means that there are already traces of use to make sure new scratches won't stand out. A *used look*, straight from the box.

## Tips for installation

We like to add a little piece of plastic bag in between the bit and the screw to help prevent any damage to the screws. If the screws are stuck, it is important not to force them. Carefully heat them with a hairdryer or tap the back of the screwdriver to break the loctite.

Before you start tinkering, always check the manufacturer's warranty conditions: for some brands, the warranty expires the moment you start working on the knife yourself. Installing scales is at your own risk. We are not liable for damages that you may cause to the knife or the accessory.
