Brass scales for the Benchmade Mini Bugout

These **Flytanium Benchmade Mini-Bugout Scales** are great after-market accessories for the Benchmade Mini-Bugout. They are well-fitting scales made by the experts at Flytanium. The great thing about these scales is that Flytanium didn't simply stick to the outer edge of the old scales, and just left it at that. No: there is also a bevelled finger groove for your index finger. And the holes that, for the original pocket knife, are enhanced with a D-shaped hole to prevent the screws from rotating are also nicely shaped like a D with these scales. Not all after-market scales have this!



These scales are made from brass. A solid material which feels heavy. In time brass forms its own patina, making the scales unique.

## Tips when installing


 Adding new scales or other accessories isn't without risk! Always use fitting screwdrivers and never force anything to prevent damage to screws or scales. We prefer to add a piece of a plastic bag in between the bit and the screw to prevent any damage to the screws. If the screws are stuck, it is important not to force them. Carefully heat them with a hairdryer or tap the back of the screwdriver to break the loctite.



Also check the warranty conditions of the manufacturer: for some brands the warranty expires the moment you start working on the knife yourself. You add the scales at your own risk. We are not liable for damages that you may cause to the knife or accessory.
