**Optical qualities: wide, bright and sharp image**   

These binoculars feature top-quality optical elements that are usually only found in much more expensive binoculars.(See Eden Quality price advantage).   

The high-quality optics guarantee an exceptionally bright and crisp image with excellent edge sharpness (=sharpness up to the edge of the image). The lenses and prisms are also carefully aligned or collimated, which ensures that you can look through these binoculars comfortably, avoiding possible eye strain.   

An outstanding feature of these binoculars is their field of view. This measures no less than 105 metres at a distance of 1,000 metres.  

The XP models deliver a very high light transmission thanks to the special dielectric and phase-correction coatings on the prisms. The results are crisp and clear images.   

The binoculars can be focused on objects at a range, up to around 2.5 metres!  
  

**Roof prism binoculars: compact and gas tight**   

These binoculars are the so-called ‘roof prism’ type of binoculars. Roof prism binoculars are constructed in such a way that the lenses are in line with each other. This makes the binoculars narrow and compact and, above all, airtight as well. This is because the volume of air does not change inside the binoculars when focusing, unlike the so-called ‘porro’ binoculars, where the external volume of the binoculars does shift and the binoculars appear to aspirate and insufflate air when focusing.   
  

**Nitrogen-filled: no condensation**  

During manufacture, the binoculars are filled with nitrogen, making it possible to use the binoculars in temperatures of up to -20 °C without fogging up.   
  

**Suitable for glasses wearers**   

Thanks to the 18.5 mm eye relief and the sturdy ‘twist-up’ eye cups, these binoculars are ideal for glasses wearers.

Fijne verrekijker, het lukt mij prima om deze stil te houden. Is wel wat zwaar om lang om de nek te hangen. Maar ik heb meestal wel een rugzakje mee.

Mijn ca 40 jaar oude en vertrouwde 7x50 verrekijker die ik erg veel gebruikt heb en waar ik altijd erg tevreden over was heeft een opvolger gekregen. In de praktijk heb ik hem nog niet zoveel gebruikt maar ik heb wel een rechtstreekse onderlinge vergelijking gemaakt en daar komt deze Eden echt heel goed uit: lichtsterker, helderder kleuren, nauwelijks meer trillingsgevoelig en groot beeldvlak.
Mooie draagtas en fijne lensdoppen.
De kijker is redelijk zwaar maar ik heb dat niet als storend ervaren geeft eerder een gevoel van robuustheid.
Zoals van K&T gewend is de verpakking en de levering fantastisch.

Perfecte en goede kwaliteit,juist het gewicht vind ik een beetje te zwaar.

Ich besitze bereits ein Eden Hd 10x42 und habe nun noch dieses dazu gekauft - speziell für die Dämmerung. Grundsätzlich bin ich durch eine Amazonrezension auf die Eden Ferngläser aufmerksam geworden. Ich war lange auf der Suche nach einem halbwegs bezahlbaren und zugleich brauchbaren Fernglas. Aber weder Nikon noch Steiner haben mich überzeugt. Noch dazu wesentlich teurer als diese hier. Und Swarowski übersteigt meinen Geldbeutel bei weitem. 
Als Hobbyornithologe und auch als Hirschbrunft-Beobachter kann ich nur zu diesen Ferngläsern raten. Sie sind in Preisleistung einfach nicht zu toppen. Jeder, der mal durchschauen konnte, war beeindruckt vom klaren hellen Bild. Hier macht man absolut nichts falsch und schon gar nicht bei dieser Garantie. Eine Anschaffung, die man nicht bereut. Es wird definitiv nicht das letzte Glas bleiben, denn die Kinder wollen ja auch mitbeobachten. 

Ik gebruik deze kijker in het veld voor het spotten naar wild. Ook voor vogels gebruik ik deze kijker. Super helder en scherpe weergave. De kijker is wel zwaar. Ik zelf heb er geen last van. Een geweldige kijker die zijn geld meer dan waard is.
