The **Amare Knives Pocket Peak Fixed** is a classy fixed knife designed by German knife maker Ulrich Hennicke and made by Real Steel Knives.



The first thing you notice is the elegant and streamlined design. Remarkable about this fixed knife are the ridges at the start of the blade. These are placed as such to make sure your thumb and index finger can be placed there during use. As such you have a lot of grip to make sure the knife won't slip from your hand as you use it.



Amare Knives used Sandvik 14C28N-steel for the blade. A stainless and razor-sharp type of steel that was specifically designed for kitchen and hunting knives. As such this Pocket Peak fixed is also perfect as a steak knife. This steel is also easy to sharpen if need be. The blade has a wonderful satin finish and the spine has been enhanced with a stonewashed finish. You can easily and safely keep the Pocket Peak Fixed close with the kydex sheath. The knife also comes with a practical Tek-Lok-Clip to make sure you can hang the knife from your belt or backpack. You could, of course, also carry the Pocket Peak Fixed around your neck as a neck knife with a piece of paracord.



All in all the Pocket Peak is a perfect fixed knife for the modern gentleman. Because of the slim and compact design the Pocket Peak is perfect to carry with you for everyday use!

TekLok fehlte leider .. und die nicht austauschbaren carbonfibergriffe haben letztendlich dazu geführt, dass ich mich doch dagegen entschieden habe, da sie einfach nicht zu mir passen .. hätte sie gern ausgetauscht, aber sind leider genietet. 
Ansonsten aber ein solides Messer mit einer guten Preis-Leistung. Es kam sehr scharf an, die Scheide passte ohne Wackeln und auf mein TekLok passte sie auch. Wem die Griffe gefallen, dem würde ich's empfehlen.

Prachtige mes gemaakt van kwalitatieve materialen.
Niet de meest ergonomische mes in deze klasse.
Kydex is oke maar niet geweldig.

Vlot besteld en geleverd. Prima materiaal. 

Ronduit indrukwekkend qua design en afwerking. Een mes voor een heer. Daarnaast ook gewoon heel functioneel. Met een lemmet van die lengte zijn er niet veel klussen die je er niet mee tot een goed einde kan brengen. 

En dan ook nog licht genoeg voor edc.

Misschien jammer dat een mes van deze elegantie zich moet behelpen met zo’n lompig Kyles scheetje. Dat had gewoon mooi leer moeten zijn.  Maar eens zoeken of ik nog een mooi lapje kan vinden.

Elegante eenvoud ! Ligt goed in de hand. Geen stootplaat maar de jimpings boven en onder zorgen voor een uitstekende grip waardoor de kans klein is dat je hand "doorschiet" over het lemmet. De Kydex sheet is uitstekend. De Tek-Lok die erbij geleverd is, is maar van matige (Chinese) kwaliteit. De 2 rubbertjes die erbij geleverd worden volstaan niet. Om de Tek-Lok stevig te kunnen bevestigen op de sheet heb ik nog 2 gelijkaardige kraanrubbertjes moeten monteren. Al bij al een goede aankoop, ik ben tevreden.
