The **Schrade Outback Fixed Blade** is a lightweight, fixed knife with a minimalist design. Thanks to the relatively small scales, the knife remains nicely lightweight. Outback provides a huge amount of blade for a knife of this weight. Since the steel of the relatively thin blade extends all the way throughout the handle, this knife has a very strong construction. 

The blade is made from AUS-8 steel. A Japanese type of steel that is tough and easy to sharpen. It also retains its sharpness well. Rubber has been added to the handle, so you have a good grip of the knife.

## About Schrade Knives

Schrade produces great knives for great prices. That's what they are good at. There are few brands that can compete with these kinds of prices. However, this does mean that the finish might not always be perfect. Not something to worry about, and in line with the prices.

Petit couteau qui ne me convient pas pour des raisons d'ergonomie de prise en main avec un etui pas au top le couteau flotte dedans !
Pour le reste très tranchant assez fin parfait pour de petites tâches de coupe. 
Pour knives and tools rien à dire pour leur rapidité d'expédition en 24 heures maximum.

Came sharp and flawless. Was looking for a survival knife and I was not disappointed. The only thing is that it would be awesome to have a handle with a more rubber feel for a better grip. The pouch is from plastic, so hopefully it will do the job. Overall 8.5/10
