It is also appropriate for cutting fish and meat. The polypropylene plastic handle offers an excellent grip. The blade made of pure stainless steel is hand-sharpened according to the principle of the traditional "Solinger Dünnschliff" This results in a razor-sharp knife.

Het is een te gek mesje. Ik heb meer mesjes maar grijp altijd naar dat gele handvat. Ik snijd er groenten, uien, gember, fruit bijna alles mee. Het wordt net de hand afgewassen zodat her altijd klaar ligt. 

Fantastisch mesje, superscherp en blijft ook scherp. Als ik mijn oude exemplaar niet per ongeluk met de aardappelschillen had weggegooid, had ik geen nieuw mes nodig gehad

Ich brauchte ein paar neue 8,5cm Kneipchen von
Robert Herder (Windmühlen-Messer).
Habe gleich die gesammte Farbpalette bestellt.
Die Kunststoffgriffe der Messerchen sind sehr einfach zu reinigen dadurch äußerst hygienisch. 
Die Schneidperformance ist 1a, alle Messer sind nagelgängig und leicht wieder auf Topschärfe zu bringen.

Eine absolut klare Empfehlung...
was auch für die gesammte Abwicklung  durch Knives and Tools gilt.
