The **Robert Herder green straight classic 1966 peeling knife** follows in the footsteps of Robert Herder's famous mill knives. This peeling knife is ideal for peeling fruit and vegetables. You can also use it to cut fish and meat. The polypropylene plastic handle offers excellent grip. The pure stainless steel blade is sharpened by hand according to the traditional German "Solinger Dünnschliff" principle. The result is a razor-sharp knife.

Ich brauchte ein paar neue 8,5cm Kneipchen von
Robert Herder (Windmühlen-Messer).
Habe gleich die gesammte Farbpalette bestellt.
Die Kunststoffgriffe der Messerchen sind sehr einfach zu reinigen dadurch äußerst hygienisch. 
Die Schneidperformance ist 1a, alle Messer sind nagelgängig und leicht wieder auf Topschärfe zu bringen.

Eine absolut klare Empfehlung...
was auch für die gesammte Abwicklung  durch Knives and Tools gilt.

Heel fijn mesje. Inmiddels al vier verschillende kleuren in de la liggen. Ietsje duurder dan schilmessen van andere merken als Wüsthof en Victorinox, maar dat maakt ie meer dan goed. Enorm scherp, zelfs na een jaar intensief gebruik. Aanrader!
