In this Petromax baking tin you can bake delicious cakes, freshly baked bread, stews or roasted meat. The small cut-out that has enough room for a thermometer is ideal. This enables you to check the temperature inside the pan without removing the lid. Fun little detail: the inside of the lid has been enhanced with a grill. Turn the lid upside down and grill a delicious piece of meat or fish. The bread tin is made from cast-iron. Thanks to the excellent qualities of cast-iron the heat is gradually and very evenly distributed and retained. Let op de binnenhoogte is een stuk kleiner dan de hoogte vermeld op de website (15cm), namelijk maar zo'n 10cm. Dit is te laag voor mij, dus ik heb hem terug gestuurd.
