Opinel has become well-known for its iconic pocket knives, but you can also use these distinctive French knives in the kitchen. These kitchen knives have wooden handles. The wood is protected by a clear lacquered finish. Because of this, and thanks to the corrosion-resistant Sandvik 12C27 steel, the knives are dishwasher-safe. Nevertheless, we personally prefer to wash them by hand. With all the different models of kitchen knives, you can use them to handle any task in the kitchen.

Dit mes is briljant, ik heb nu drie dezelfde messen en gebruik ze voor allerlei snijwerk in de keuken. Ook om je steak te snijden is dit mes superfijn. Kwaliteit is degelijk en ze blijven ook lang scherp. Ik heb mijn eerste kartelmes nog niet hoeven te slijpen en die heb ik al jaren. Ik heb pas nog twee extra messen bijbesteld met een aanbieding op de site van knivesandtools.nl.
