The **Knafs Lander Black** is a unique EDC knife with a friendly look. Designed by Ben 'Banters' Petersen, the man behind Knafs. What makes the Lander so unique is how easy it is to replace the scales. This is possible without having to take the entire knife apart. Not only is this nice for knife maintenance reasons, it's also super easy to change the scales. In a collaboration with various artists, Ben designed cool scales. Make your knife entirely your own! Our personal favourite is a combination of a dark blade and Rainbow Trout scales.

The blade is made from D2 steel. A strong type of tool steel that has been a part of the knife world for years. It stays sharp for a long time, it can take a beating, and it's easy to sharpen. D2 is not completely stainless so clean it after it comes in contact with moisture. Many people don't mind this small drawback, since the steel offers a lot of advantages in return.

The interchangeable scales are made from G10. This is a solid composite material made from glass fibres and synthetic resin. Nicely lightweight and the subtle texture offers great grip. Opening the knife is easily done with one hand thanks to the thumb studs, once open, the blade is locked in place with a solid liner lock.

## About Knafs

The name Knafs might sound a bit strange. But it is basically a different way of saying 'knives'. When you mispronounce the word you often hear 'knifes'. Add a southern accent and 'knifes' soon turns into knafs. Hence the name! You might know Ben Petersen, the owner of Knafs, as the designer of the WE Knife Banter and Civivi Baby Banter. And now he also has his own brand. Knafs!

Elegido por muchos como el filo EDC perfecto. Coincido con ellos. Una navaja muy ligera, fácil de llevar y con un corte excelente. El plus añadido de las cachas intercambiables la hace sublime. 

Excellent petit couteau. Les finitions sont parfaites. Aucune vis ne dépasse , le clip poche est très profond et bien fondu dans le manche. Il y a mème une petite plaque en métal pour couvrir le trou qui permet d'installer le clip poche à gauche. Esthétiquement bien vu. Juste un petit reproche.. Le prix par rapport à la taille du couteau.
