Very nice knife, initial impressions are that it is well balanced and made well. Seems very robust. Downside is that it had a poorly finished and relatively dull edge straight out of the box and i had to take it to my preferred sharpener for a 30minute hand hone to give it the edge it deserves.

Glad you like the knife! I must say that Ka-Bar knives are normally delivered really sharp, so something must've gone wrong there. I'll get in touch with you to see whether there's still anything I can do for you.
