## HORL 3 Pro planetary wheel mechanism

Needless to say, the HORL 3 Pro has a similar planetary wheel mechanism to that of the HORL 2 Pro. ## HORL 3 Angle Support and Grip Pad

The magnetic Angle Support is the included block to which you attach your knife. This block always keeps the knife at the desired sharpening angle. Thanks to the HORL Grip Pad, the magnetic Angle Support now offers 70% more grip than the previous HORL models, allowing for better gripping of kitchen knives and even small pocket knives. 

## HORL 3 Pro abrasive material

The HORL 3 Pro has one diamond-coated sharpening disc with a medium grain size that uses the HORL Block Diamonds. This ensures effective and consistent results. Excellent for making your dull knives sharp once more. On the other side is the fine, ceramic sharpening disc. You use this after the diamond sharpening disc, to refine the edge of the knife and make it even sharper.

eccellente per i coltelli da cucina. Meno per gli altri

Bon aiguiseur manuel, donne de bons rendus avec les pierres 3000 et 6000...petit passage au cuir et top...Cependant pour faire un angle différent de celui d'origine, je recommande le diamant grossier sinon ça prend énormément de temps. 
Pratique pour les couteaux de cuisine d'une certaine hauteur..pour les petits couteaux personnellement je préfère la pierre.

Very good product. A bit pricey but definitely worth it. Will get the extra stones.

We measure the sharpening angle ourselves. This value is the angle per side.  So 20º means that the total angle of the edge is 40º. Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
