The **Fox Knives Suru, Polycarbonate Knivesandtools Exclusive** is a cool pocket knife, designed by Jesper Voxnaes and exclusively available at Knivesandtools. Thanks to its size and relatively friendly design, the Suru is the perfect knife to always keep close. The carbon fibre version of the Fox Sure won the 'Overall Knife of the Year 2018' award in 2018 at the Blade Show. The most coveted prize, which shows how remarkable this collection of knives is.

This Knivesandtools Exclusive version is enhanced with a polycarbonate scale, a translucent lightweight type of plastic. Cool, because you can clearly see the mechanism inside the knife. Unique and very cool! The lock-side is made from titanium. The blade is made from stainless Böhler M390 steel. This steel retains its sharpness for a really long time, making it perfect for daily use. The blade is enhanced with a satin finish.

You can clearly recognize Voxnaes' hand in the Suru. From the subtle dent in the handle to the comet-shaped thumb hole: the knife radiates Danish design. In addition to the thumb hole you can also use the flipper to quickly open the Fox Suru.

From peeling an apple or preparing a lunch to cutting cardboard to pieces or other packaging: the Fox Suru can handle it.

Bon, le fox suru est top; d'ailleurs j'en ai acheté 2.
Le seul gros problème est que le manche "polycarbonate " est dans un matériau très très bas de gamme et se fissure au bout de 1 mois.
Inutile de spécifier, que vu la taille de la lame, je n'ai pas coupé un arbre avec. Et pas de plaquette de remplacement !

Das Suru ist ein tolles EDC Messer, optisch ein wirklicher Hingucker und auch schneidmäßig wirklich nicht zu verachten. Sehr tolle Verarbeitung und klasse Finish. 

Tout d'abord, l emballage et la présentation sont vraiment très qualitatives. Le couteau est livré dans une pochette à fermeture éclair et il est dans un étui en toile de jute, le tout siglé Fox. Le couteau est de toute beauté, la lame inox que j'ai faite gravée à mon nom est parfait. C'est un petit couteau EDC haut de gamme. Sa lame n'est pas trop faite pour la cuisine mais plus pour le bushcraf. L'ensemble avec la plaque titane, les vis anodisées en titane et la plaque transparente sont du plus bel effet. Je ne regrette pas mon achat. J'ai sauté sur l'occasion lors d'une promotion journalière sinon je ne l'aurais jamais acheté car très cher. Merci Knives & Tools ! 

Heel handig en handzaam zakmes van zeer hoge kwaliteit 

Obtenu avec une belle réduction…au alentour de 130 euros on en a pour argent tant en raison de la qualité des matériaux, que de la finition. A noter que la pochette fournie, n’est pas à la hauteur du reste.
La détente est superbe, le verrouillage à 2 niveaux intéressant et sécurisant, l’alternance des finitions du manche rend le couteaux intéressant et particulier.
C’est par contre une pièce lourde que l’on ne peut pas oublier au fond de la poche.
Il n’est pas esthétiquement d’un design phénoménal mais il a un charme particulier et distinctif entièrement basé sur la dissymétrie des deux faces.
