2y ago i took a gamble and bought the 200mm from a bootsale for £3 from a chef, since using it I've gone through 2 rubbish 12" enamel plans, but my £3 pan has never let me down. Bought the 24cm from here to go with it and it's the best investment i could have made even for a home cook, I'm 57 and my 4 kids have put there dibs on who is getting them after I peg it? But they will have to dig me up to get to them 😊

I wanted to buy a non teflon pan and after some online research I decided for deBuyer. It is quite a different pan, need a different care and I find it weird the fact the more black it gets the better. However, it serves very well. The food doesn't stick to the bottom. It is easy to clean. And overall I feel happier knowing no toxic molecules gets to my food. I have definitely not regreted this purchase.

The fry pan was delivered very quickly. I followed all the instructions for seasoning and preparing the pan and I must say, the video is a great help. I may purchase a larger one in the future. A lid suitable for the size would be useful.

Chose this pan following recommendation from a professional chef. Really good quality and weight...have seasoned it but not yet fried that first steak !
