The Civivi Yonder C23073-1 14C28N, Black G10, pocket knife is a cool EDC knife in the colour grey, black. With its blade length of 7,3 cm, this knife is suitable for daily cutting tasks. For example, opening boxes, peeling an apple, the odd job around the house: this pocket knife can do it all.



Opening the Civivi Yonder C23073-1 14C28N, Black G10, pocket knife with one hand is very easy thanks to the thumb stud. Once opened, the sturdy Crossbar Lock ensures that the blade is locked and won't accidentally close during use. A cool feature of this lock is that it can be easily used by both left-handed and right-handed users.

The name 'Crossbar Lock' is a generic term for locks of this type. The foundation of this mechanism was the Axis Lock as developed by Benchmade. Today, several manufacturers happily make use of the same mechanism, though sometimes under different names.

The blade of the Civivi Yonder C23073-1 14C28N, Black G10, pocket knife is made of 14C28N. This is an excellent knife steel from Sweden. It is corrosion resistant, retains its sharpness well, is quite tough and easy to sharpen yourself. What more could you possibly want?



The ‘stonewash’ process was chosen for the finish of this blade. The stonewash process involves the blade being placed inside a drum with ceramic stones, or media, and then vibrated or tumbled for several hours. The result is a finish that looks precisely polished or roughened depending on the version. The advantage of stonewashing, however, is that signs of use are much less noticeable. That makes it a popular choice for knives that see a lot of use.



## G10 handle

The Civivi Yonder C23073-1 14C28N, Black G10, pocket knife features a handle made from G10 and measures 9,5 cm in length. G10 is a composite material made of glass fibre and synthetic resin. With its subtle texture, G10 feels great in hand and offers plenty of grip. Moreover, it is incredibly strong, so it can take a beating.

Petit EDC idéal, clip deep carry bien fait, se fait oublier dans la poche. Slicer parfait avec sa lame fine et haute mais résistante grâce à son acier. Bonne prise en main malgré la forme simple du manche avec un beau G10. Ouverture fluide et système crossbar lock efficace, mon préféré au quotidien.
