This **Zwilling 4-piece steak knife set rosewood** is an elegant and modern steak knife set with a hint of history. The design was based on 18th-century steak knives from Albacete, Spain. The design might be a classic, but the steel and the finish ensure modern levels of quality.

## Zwilling Steak blade

The blade is made from stainless steel and has a hardness of 57 HRC. This type of steel retains its sharpness well, but is also easy to sharpen. The full-tang construction provides you with a good balance and enough solidity. These steak knives do not have any serrations to make sure they cut through meat without tearing it. As a result, the meat stays juicier and will be more flavourful! The graceful cut-outs at the top of the blade complete the whole. These grooves are not only graceful. They also ensure your thumb has more grip as you use the knife.

## Zwilling Steak rosewood

The handle is made from stunning rosewood. A characteristic of this type of wood is the amount of oil it contains. The scent of this oil is often described as floral. This type of wood is widely used for premium equipment, from billiard cues to musical instruments, and of course also for knife handles.
