The Four Star collection is the classic masterpiece from Zwilling J.A. Henckels. The knives from this collection offer safety, ergonomics and comfort. To date, the Four Star line is the best-selling Zwilling collection. And with good reason.

The blade has been made from special ice-hardened Friodur steel. As such the knives are both hard and flexible. With great precision the blades are forged from one piece of steel which increases stability. The ergonomic handle is made from top-quality plastic.

Please note that knives are almost always sharpened by hand, even in factories. This value is therefore only an indication of a single tool measured by us.
