The **WESN Allman Titanium SN04-0** was designed with a specific goal in mind. You know how every carpenter carries their own hammer and hairdressers always use that one special pair of scissors? WESN developed a special knife that can be carried with you at all times. The blade is compact, lightweight and ready for any task imaginable. The knife features a blade made from CPM S35VN steel. 

The blade shape of this pocket knife is remarkable: it's a modern version of a Spey blade. The upper part is slightly more curved than a traditional Spey shape. The Spey blade shape is a shape you might recognize from classic pocket knives that were used in and around farms. It's a very versatile blade shape that used to be handy for the castration of young cattle. 

You open the Allman with the flipper. The blade is locked in place with a framelock on the titanium version, and a linerlock on the G10 version.

Titanium is a lightweight and durable premium material that is easy to work with. Titanium is often used in the aviation industry and other places where durability-to-weight ratio is of great importance.

## CPM S35VN steel: sharp and tough 
CPM S35VN is a sophisticated stainless steel, designed to be  a better version of the classic S30V. Created through a process of Crucible Particle Metallurgy, this steel has a very fine and even structure. It strikes the perfect balance between sharpness, toughness and corrosion resistance.

Ik kende het merk WESN nog niet voordat K&T dit in zijn assortiment opnam, maar dit mes is precies de juiste, het formaat is goed, niet te klein maar ook niet te groot, de materialen Titanium en S35, is perfect, ook goed ontworpen, ik ben erg gecharmeerd van de Allman.
