The **WE Knife Nexusia** is a hefty EDC pocket knife of the highest quality. A cool blade shape with a thick ‘fuller’ (groove in the blade) gives this knife a dynamic look. The various facets and hole patterns mean there is a lot to discover in the design of this knife. Both in open position and in closed position! With this knife, WE Knife once again shows off their talent.



The WE Knife Nexusia WE22044-3 Tiger Stripe Flamed Titanium, Hand Polished Satin Blade, pocket knife is a nice EDC pocket knife in the colour blue, brown. With its blade length of 8,8 cm, this knife is ideal for easy carrying. When closed, it's only 12,3 cm long, and it weighs 125 g.



Opening the WE Knife Nexusia WE22044-3 Tiger Stripe Flamed Titanium, Hand Polished Satin Blade, pocket knife is quick and easy thanks to the flipper, which you can do one-handed of course. The pocket knife is equipped with ceramic ball bearings to make the action of the blade super smooth. Once opened, the frame lock ensures that the knife is locked and won't unintentionally close.



## Blade made of CPM 20CV steel
The blade of this WE Knife Nexusia is made of CPM 20CV steel. This is premium steel made in the United States by Crucible Industries. CPM 20CV is popular because it is very hard and therefore retains its sharpness well. Moreover, 20CV is very corrosion resistant. These features make it an excellent choice for a pocket knife. In terms of composition and use, CPM 20CV is very similar to Böhler M390, another popular steel. Because CPM 20CV is incredibly hard, we recommend sharpening this pocket knife with diamond sharpening stones or ceramic sharpening stones, or a sharpening system that uses these sharpening stones.



The blade has been polished, this is a premium blade finish that leaves no room for error. A polished blade ensures minimal friction while cutting, making the knife cut like a dream.



## Titanium handle

The handle of this WE Knife Nexusia is made of titanium and measures 12,3 cm in length. Titanium is a fantastic high-tech material. It is an excellent choice for the handle of a pocket knife for several reasons: titanium is very strong, lightweight and it is flexible. Moreover, titanium can be machined very precisely and a wide range of different finishes are possible. To be exact, the handle is made of a titanium alloy. Small amounts of aluminium and vanadium are added to pure titanium to make it even more suitable for use as a pocket knife handle.

The blade is really nice, the body feels very good on the hand. The only caveat is that the flipper tab is unusable. I still don't know if its the framelock that is too hard or the detent, so you end up opening the blade pulling from the spine.
