The **Viper Gianghi V4882** is a nice hunting knife, designed by Fabrizio Silvestrelli. This Italian designer took the name of this model from Old Persian. Gianghi means 'hunter' in that language. It highlights Silvestrelli's intention to produce a fantastic hunting knife. He was successful, if you ask us!

The shapes of the Gianghi were carefully thought through. Because the edge is located slightly further down with regards to the handle, it is easier to cut on, for example, a cutting board. But also when gutting game you have more to work with. Just before the first finger groove in the handle you can find a solid protrusion which will keep your finger in place. As such you won't accidentally slip and end up on the edge. 

The ergonomics of the handle were carefully thought through. In practical places parts are thinner or thicker. As such the Gianghi is a really versatile knife. In addition to being used as a hunting knife, it can also come in handy as a camping or hiking knife. 

The handle is made from Green Canvas Micarta. The blade is made from Böhler N690 steel. A stainless type of steel that retains its sharpness well and is easy to sharpen.

The Viper Gianghi comes with a good sheath. It is enhanced with a vertical and horizontal belt loop. As such you can decide for yourself how you carry the knife. It also comes with a suede cord in order to attach it to your leg or backpack, for example.
