## Maple wood handle

The handle of the Victorinox Wood knives is made from dark maple wood. As such the knives look elegant and graceful. The handle is sanded by hand for a comfortable grip. Because of the wooden handle, the knives are not dishwasher safe. After use, simply clean and dry them by hand!

## Stainless steel blade

The Victorinox Wood kitchen knives have a stainless steel blade with a sharp, thin grind. The same steel that is used for the famous Victorinox Swiss pocket knives. It retains its sharpness for a long time and is easy to sharpen if need be.
