This Victorinox cutting board is made from wood fibres. The result is a thin cutting board with a smooth, non-porous, heat-proof and hygienic surface. The material is soft enough to not affect the sharpness of the blade, but hard enough to prevent deep scratches. The board can handle temperatures up to 175 degrees and is dishwasher proof. The board can also be used as coaster or plate. The boards are exclusively produced for Victorinox by the American company called Epicurean.


This Victorinox SwissClassic foldable vegetable knife is a practical knife for the outdoor enthusiast who wishes to keep a good vegetable knife close while spending time outdoors. You can fold this knife. Compared to the other vegetable knives from the SwissClassic collection, which are all fixed knives. This knife is enhanced with a linerlock that locks the blade when opened and closed. As such you can safely transport this knife and store it in your backpack, picnic basket or even your pocket.


Other than that this vegetable knife is exactly as you have grown accustomed to from the famous SwissClassic collection. A comfortable polyamide handle, a razor-sharp and thin stainless steel blade and a very low weight. Only 45 grams! Because of the thin edge peeling fruit and vegetables will be a piece of cake.
