The **Steel Will Tasso F12m-02** is a cool pocket knife for EDC use, designed by Anton Tkachenko. Remarkable about the Steel Will Tasso is that it is the first pocket knife for Steel Will with the Ant Lock system. A remarkably strong lockings mechanism, of which the Tasso is the first example.

 The Ant Lock is remarkable because it doesn't need any heavy parts. With relatively light parts and clever use of the lever effect you have a rock-solid lock in hands. The controls of the Ant-Lock are simple: lift the bar and you can close the blade.

 The blade of the Steel Will Tasso is made from Böhler M390 steel. An Austrian type of super steel that retains its sharpness for a very long time. M390 is also stainless. One of the most popular premium choices at the moment.

 The Bowie blade shape of the Ant Lock is very cool. The swedge and the curved spine really give it something extra. The round lines of the handle offer an ergonomic grip to make sure it feels great in hand.

Gorgeous. But in use it let me down. The locking mechanism needs to be spotless; normal pocket lint makes it fail to lock, or give way under pressure. That’s a big fail and I can’t recommend  this knife for EDC

It's a good looking knife, but not worth the price. Locking mechanism is loose and rattles as a result - still works fine, but it makes it feel cheap.  For comparable price you're better off with Spyderco or Benchmade.
