Really fast and efficient service. The knives are well made and feel as though they are good quality. The blade is quite solid meaning that they are not flexible. Personally, I would like the blade to be slightly longer but, having purchased three, I will no doubt get used and will learn to love them as much as my previous butter knife that was inadvertently thrown away.
