The **SOG Flash MT** is a practical, lightweight multi-tool. The Flash MT is enhanced with a decent knife with assisted opening. This combination of a good type of steel and assisted opening for the blade is not something you come across often. When opened a solid linerlock keeps the blade in place. The tool comes with a bit with a Philips head and flathead. It is nicely tucked inside the handle. 

The Flash MT is enhanced with the following tools:

Mooie light duty multitool van SOG. Een concurrent van de Leatherman Skeletool. Ik vind hem iets te duur voor wat je krijgt en bij het gebruik van de tang komt het voor dat je progenlijk het safety mechanisme van het mes ontgrendeld 

Gekocht omdat het alles had wat ik nodig had en niets meer. 

Tang ligt een beetje ongemak in de hand, maar voor alles waar je een 'echte' tang voor nodig hebt zal je deze niet gebruiken. Echt zo'n geval van nood ding, daar is ie perfect voor.

Er zit een bitje (kruiskop en platkopschroevendraaier) in het handvat verwerkt. Als je deze meer dan 5 keer eruit haalt, voelt het al alsof het niet meers sluit. Te zacht kunststof gebruikt, lijkt mij.

De opener werkt. Het voelt alsof er een half-stop aanwezig is, maar bij de mijne werkt ie niet. Ook blijft ie niet helemaal open, voor de prijs zou je dat op zn minst mogen verwachten.

Het mes vliegt eruit (assisted) en werkt perfect. In de open positie zit er zo'n 2mm speling op het mes, maar waar je m voor zou gebruiken (voornamelijk dozen of een zak gips) werkt ie ideaal. Er zit een slot op maar deze wil nog wel eens van slot afgaan in mn zakken. Desalniettemin een leuke toevoeging. 

Ik hoop, echt serieus, van harte dat ik een defect model heb gekregen want het ziet er fantastisch uit en heeft veel potentie. Kwaliteit daargelaten, ik heb er geen spijt van en blijf m dragen in en rond het huis.
