The **NiteCore TM12K** is a rechargeable flashlight from the Tiny Monster series. This flashlight has a remarkably high output, even though it's only the size of a smartphone. The TM12K is truly a Tiny Monster and has an output of no less than 12,000 lumens! To achieve this, the TM12K has six Cree XHP50 HD LEDs and a model-specific, rechargeable 4800 mAh battery.

The aluminium housing of the flashlight cools down quickly after use. This is important, because with such a large capacity, this torch generates a lot of heat. The black aluminium housing is anodised according to the military standard HA III. The flashlight also has an OLED display. The display shows the light mode, battery voltage, remaining burn time, temperature and power level.

You can control the light modes with the side switch and the tactical rear switch. Use the side switch to change between the 5 light levels (ultra low, low, medium, high and turbo). The 'high' mode can be individually set between 400 and 2000 lumens. You activate the turbo mode with the rear switch. Because of the heat that is generated, the burn time in the turbo mode is limited to 7 seconds.

  * Mid (300 lumens, 35 metres, 7 hours and 30 minutes)
  * High (1000 lumens*, 71 metres, 2 hours and 15 minutes)
  * Turbo (12,000 lumens, 250 metres)

*The 'high' mode can be set to between 400 and 2000 lumens. The default setting of the flashlight is 1000 lumens.
