Ideal um Schokolade für Küchen zu raspeln oder den Parmesan für den Salat. Die Reibe macht schöne dünne Scheiben.
Der Kauf dieser Reibe hat sich auf jeden Fall gelohnt.

Deze rasp heb ik voor chocolade gebruikt. Werkt zeer goed, super scherp en ligt lekker in de hand. De greep onder is ook een anti slip dus glijd niet weg als je hem ergens op zet! Prijs kwaliteit vind ik goed in verhouding. (Lijkt misschien een groot bedrag maar voor scherp betaal je nu eenmaal meer &#128521;) ik ben er echt gelukkig mee! Niets is zo vreselijk irritant als botte messen en raspen! Van microplane heb ik nu al een aantal raspen en ik ga er zeker nog een paar bestellen bij Knives and tools!
