The **Medford Praetorian Genesis T** is the medium-sized version of the most famous pocket knife produced by Medford Knives. Large, robust and rock-solid: the Praetorian is it all. 100% made in the United States, from American materials, by a veteran-run company.

The large blade made from CPM S45VN steel is hollow-ground by hand. This is a unique feature: only few producers apply a hollow grind by hand. The blade is easy to open with the generous thumb slot. At first this might take some getting used to. When opened, a solid framelock keeps the blade securely in place. Medford pressed the stop-pin into the blade. As a result, it rests nice and symmetrically against the handle. Making it extra sturdy.

CPM S35VN is a premium, stainless type of steel. It has been one of the most popular types of steel on the market for many years. It is, for stainless steel, rather tough and relatively easy to sharpen.

Medford enhanced this version with a titanium handle with a cool anodized pattern. Depending on how the light hits the handle it looks purple, gold, bronze, grey or black. Incredibly cool! The blade is enhanced with a black PVD-coating, and the pocket clip and backspacer have a stonewashed finish. 

Each Medford knife is made by hand by talented knife makers. Individual differences therefore occur and make each knife unique. It takes approximately one year for Medford to ship their knives. Knives that are available on our website are in stock and can immediately be shipped. Be there in time: it might take a while for new stock to arrive!
