The **Maserin EDC 164** is a slim and light-weight EDC pocket knife. The design is a modern interpretation of a classic Italian design. You can clearly see the lines of the Pattada in the blade. You open the EDC with two hands, and when opened a solid slipjoint will keep the blade in place. Not a full lock, only some resistance. As such you can legally carry it with you almost anywhere.

 The blade of the Maserin E.D.C. is made from D2 steel. A strong type of steel that can handle quite a lot. Do, however, make sure you properly clean the blade. D2 is namely not completely stainless. The handle is made from a remarkable type of micarta. It has a very dense structure and weighs next to nothing.

Mooi afgewerkt mesje zonder scherpe randen of andere dingetjes die ergens aan blijven haken. Scherp en puntig lemmet. Stijlvol ontwerp, vind ik, ik begin langzaam fan te worden van Maserin. Wel vind ik de greep wat glad en heb je er weinig grip aan; dat is dan de keerzijde van het strakke ontwerp misschien.
