The **Lion Sabatier Ysis 3-piece knife set** contains three elegant kitchen knives with ergonomic handles. The knives have a traditional design, but are made from modern materials.

This set includes the following knives:

  * A chef's knife with a 20 cm blade
  * A paring knife with a 13 cm blade
  * A peeling knife with a 9 cm blade

The handles fit seamlessly with the blade and are made from POM. This is a very durable plastic that is easy to maintain. Thanks to the flowing lines of the handles, these kitchen knives feel great in hand. The black colour ensures that the knives are an elegant addition to any dinner table. The stainless steel rivets ensure the scales stay in place.

The blade of these knives is made from one piece of stainless 5CrMoV15 steel which runs throughout the entire handle. This type of steel can be sharpened to razor-sharpness, and it's easy to sharpen at home.
